Waddson’s Painting Contractors are a family run painting and decorating company, founded by the current managing director (Wayne), having more than 35 years’ experience and knowledge in the preparation and application of coatings which is passed on through our team. We are based in Leicestershire and cover all areas of the UK and Ireland, travelling to all areas from our centrally UK base.

We operate through family values and pride ourselves on the high standard of our completed work. We have built and expanded into the reputable company we are today.

Domestic

Our painting and decorating services are provided by our skilled and experienced tradesmen. We are a painting and decorating company who listen to our customers and deliver our painting service with the full understanding and knowledge of what is important to you.
We will provide a management and site team with the appropriate skills and experience to meet your demands, from general redecoration to specialist wall paper hanging. We understand the need to minimise disruption and allow you to carry on with your normal daily operations despite having contractors on site. We undertake projects successfully, day in day out where people and buildings are functioning 24/7.
Through past years’ experience we can help with specification, colour choice and finish.

Retail

For commercial customers with shops, across the UK, we offer nationwide service that can manage both the internal and external redecoration or planned maintenance programmes that suits you. We understand that your customers expect “business as usual” and therefore we work nights and weekends, avoiding the busiest times of the day and your peak seasons.

Industrial

We have an in depth knowledge on the preparation and application of coatings to all substrates from manufacturing stage to final commissioning completion on site by means of shot blasting, mechanical and manual cleaning prior to the application of airless, air assisted and conventional spray. Two pack epoxy’s, metal oxide, zinc Phosphate, Fire proof and Alkyd finishes. All monitored through the application Process with wet film and completed dry film thickness certification. Previous projects include ship to shore cranes, Acoustic Containers in Felixstowe docks, Southampton terminal, South Carolina (U.S.A) and the Netherlands.

New Build and Refurbishment

With the current high demand of new and refurbished properties converted to HMO, we understand the crucial time scales required from start to completion. We work with our customers to meet deadlines and understand that the decoration is the first impression to prospective buyers and tenants. We work around other trades as a team but final finishes require us to work out of normal working hours. We liaise on productivity with project managers throughout the duration and if required work weekends, nights and bank holidays to complete on time.
